Case Manager Intern Duties:

  • Assist walk-in clients navigate through the department of social services, assist with medical appointments and health insurance, assist with housing, read mail, make phone calls, any other paperwork assistance needed
  • Write resumes and assist with acquisition of employment
  • Monitor Case Manager email
  • Complete intake forms with all new clients; document client contact on case management log and in database daily
  • Collaborate with community representatives and attend meetings of local organizations, committees, and other providers related to employment, training and housing
  • Participate in performance related goal setting and achievement to meet personal and organizational objectives and goals
  • Attend to clothing closet/donation sorting as needed
  • Other related duties may be assigned or added
